Silicone Potted Modules
We manufacture our products to be enjoyed and worry free well beyond our warranty period. In the course of that endeavor we focus heavily on the material quality and methods used in the manufacturing process. Customers demand signs that are prepared to stand up to the elements. One way we meet that demand is to coat the inside of our LED modules with a thick layer of silicon potting. This clear silicone covers and encapsulates all the connections and solder points on the circuitry. This added protection ensures that in humid regions or even coastal areas with harsh salt water humidity, our products will resist corrosion and failure. When we build long lasting signs, it makes our Dealers look good and it makes our customers happy.
